Our outdoor event packages are perfect for trade shows, events and outdoor events. Our commercial grade 10 x 10 pop-up steel (hex leg) event tent frame is a sturdy beam with reinforced interiors and has high performance synthetic joint components with a four point height range. Our oxford polyester tent tops are made of durable water and fire resistant polyester and are full color dye sublimation printed on each panel and valance. The tent frame can come in 40mm steel (hex leg) commercial event tent frame, 40mm aluminum (hex leg) commercial event tent frame, 40mm aluminum (hex leg) heavy duty commercial event tent frame or 50mm aluminum (hex leg) super duty commercial event tent frame. These tents provide shade during outdoor events and can even be used indoors! The custom printed canopy tops are printed on 600D Oxford material. This material is water and fire resistant, more durable and longer lasting than the typically used 500D Oxford material. The 600D Oxford is made with PU coating and the color fastness reach to level 5. This material is also anti-mold and ultraviolet-proof. The retardancy of this material reach to American CP AI-84 standard. With this kit we also include an event tent carry bag. Our event tent carry bag is made of heavy duty polyester and nylon. The event tent carry bag has exterior handles and a shoulder strap for easy carrying. This event tent carry bag also has room inside the carry bag to store canopy in with tent frame, keeping everything together and tidy. Warning: Properly secure your canopy! Heavy winds will cause your canopy to move and in high winds they will blow away. This can cause damage to other booths and people. We offer sand bags, water weights, steel plates and ground stakes to secure your canopy. You can also use cinder blocks with ropes or your own sand bags. Some events will require you to secure your canopies!

Color Printing: 600D Oxford UV Coating material: Color will appear slightly brighter and more vibrant than other printed fabric materials. That is the nature of this material type. All fabrics and substrates will have slight color variance as there are many different types of fabrics. The fabrics each have different absorbency rates and will refract light differently. When color accuracy is critical, Pantone colors must be called out on artwork file. When Pantone colors are requested, due to the nature of fabric and different absorbency rates, we offer an 8% color shade allowance. As long as the printed color is within 8% of the Pantone color swatch, we are within acceptable color guidelines. If outside this 8% tolerance, we will offer to reprint your order and ship reprinted merchandise to one location at our expense. Always striving for best value, we only charge $10 per PMS color usage. Other companies charge $20 per color. If a Pantone color is not requested, the normal acceptable variance is (+/-) 15% from the converted CMYK/RGB color on the approved artwork file.
