How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase of a product, please call 888-675-9610 for a Return Material Authorization (RMA) request within 7 calendar days of the receipt of the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment. The product must be returned to the warehouse within 7 calendar days of the issuance of the RMA. Printed graphics are non-refundable due to its custom nature. All products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, manuals, documentation and registration that shipped with the product.

However, if your order is incorrect or damaged in shipping please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and at our discretion we will make the proper arrangements.

Original sales receipt must accompany returns.

We will accept returns for exchange or refund up to 7 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 7 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
· without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
· within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 days no returns are allowed)
· must not be a special order or a custom order
· unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 7 days noted in that item's particular item description.

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 7 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Further, we must receive the undamaged and unused items within 7 days of requesting a return. Items returned to us AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Color: When Pantone colors are requested, due to the nature of fabric and different absorbency rates, we offer an 8% color shade allowance. As long as the printed color is within 8% of the Pantone color swatch, we are within acceptable color guidelines. If outside this 8% tolerance, we will offer to reprint your order and ship reprinted merchandise to one location at our expense.
