Order Cancellation Policy Jobs cannot be stopped and/or cancelled once they are in “Approved” status. There will be no refunds of any kind after a job has been approved.

Returns/Refund/Reprint Policy 

BannerandFlagWholesalers.com focuses on providing our customers with the best possible printing experience and products. If there is any issue with your order, you must report the problem within five (5) business days. You can submit your claim by calling our Customer Service Dept at (888) 675-9610 or via email at info@BannerandFlagWholesalers.com. Our Customer Service Representative will document your complaint and create a claim for you to reference as we investigate how to best resolve the issue. All defects and/or order issues must be reported to Sign Pipers, Inc. within 5 business days of receiving your order. Customer will be requested to submit digital photos to document the product’s defects. In some cases, customer will be required to ship defective product(s) back to SignPipers at their own expense and in an agreed upon reasonable time frame. In cases where the order is required to be shipped back to SignPipers at the customer’s expense, SignPipers may reimburse the customer for shipping if a defect is determined to exist. Any charges related to expedited orders, such as rush printing or shipping, are non-refundable for defective products unless FedEx/UPS delivers a defective product or fails to deliver an order. Turnaround time and shipping options for reprinted orders varies due to available production capacity and are at SignPipers.com's discretion. Turnaround time begins after receipt of final proof approval. Final approval will only be accepted in written format. No verbal approvals will be accepted.

Color

If your job is color sensitive, please contact us for information and pricing on color matching services. All monitors view colors differently. Monitors display in RGB yet printing is in CMYK process. Do not base your color approval on a displayed monitor color - this will not be an accurate color depiction. For best accuracy, when precise color accuracy is desired, provide us the Pantone color. Pantone colors must be selected from a Pantone book as monitors portray in RGB and viewing Pantone colors on a monitor will not be accurate. We have a public Pantone book available in our office. You can purchase these books online also. Any print shop should have a Pantone book you can look at for reference. Further, printing your proof or artwork on your home or office printed is not precise either. Printers must be calibrated often and accurately to print in true color. When Pantone colors are requested, due to the nature of fabric and different absorbency rates, we offer an 8% color shade allowance. As long as the printed color is within 8% of the Pantone color swatch, we are within acceptable color guidelines. If outside this 8% tolerance, we will offer to reprint your order and ship reprinted merchandise to one location at our expense. Always striving for best value, we only charge $10 per PMS color usage. Other companies charge $20 per color. If a Pantone color is not requested, the normal acceptable variance is (+/-) 15% from the converted CMYK/RGB color on the approved artwork file.

Color - 2 Day RUSH Service

For 2 Day Service, we only print 4 color process (CMYK). If you use Spot or Pantone colors, please have them converted to process colors prior to file upload. We do not color match using the 2 day service.

Size

Acceptable size variance is (-/+) 5% of approved artwork size.

Customer Supplied Proofs We are not responsible for any and all errors in the customer’s printing job once they have replied “Approved” to the "proof approval requested" email.

Color Proof Accuracy 

Please note color proofs cannot match the final product 100% due to the fact that proofs are created in a different way than the printed piece and the customer supplied proofs are not calibrated to our presses.

Indemnity 

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Sign Pipers harmless, its partners, affiliates, subsidiaries and suppliers from any liability, loss, claim and expense related to your violation of this Terms and Conditions. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Sign Pipers harmless from any and all claims arising from the improper use of trademark, copyright, or other protected material. Right of Refusal We reserve the right to refuse service or products to any person or organization.

Credit / Invoicing 

Beginning April 1, 2016 all invoices that go beyond terms will accrue monthly finance charges assessed at an annualized rate of 20%. If an invoice goes 60 days beyond terms, it will be submitted to our collections department and the full 20% finance charge will be added to the entire invoice at that time.
